VonHaus Disc & Belt Sander

The sander uses standard-sized sanding belts and discs. Always check the manual for the exact sizes.

Consult the instruction manual. Generally, you'll need to loosen a tension lever or mechanism to remove and replace the belt.

Always wear eye protection and a dust mask. Make sure the workpiece is secure before sanding. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.

Use a brush or vacuum to remove dust from the sander. Wipe down the surfaces with a damp cloth, if necessary.

While the sander can be used on some metals, it is primarily designed for wood. Use appropriate sanding discs and safety precautions.

Replace them when they become worn or lose their effectiveness. The lifespan depends on usage and the material being sanded.

Check the power supply and ensure the power switch is in the 'on' position. Also, check the fuse.

Make sure the dust extraction hose is properly connected and not blocked. Check the dust collector.
