The Kreg PRS1200 Precision Beaded Face-Frame System is the fastest, easiest, and most affordable way to build beaded face-frames in a home shop. This system works in conjunction with your full-size router table to simplify standard beaded face-frame construction. It eliminates the need for intricate table saw cuts, fitting and refitting miters, or investing in expensive specialized machinery, resulting in higher quality, more consistent results with less time and effort. The system features an integrated heavy-duty clamp with a quick-release handle for secure workpiece holding, adjustable for variable material thicknesses. The control arm, which can be attached with or without the sliding base, provides improved control and smooth operation. The sliding base contains 20 internal stainless-steel ball bearings for smooth plunging. The included Precision Router Table Stop allows for repeatable precise cuts and features a Precision Lens Cursor for magnified accuracy, flipping out of the way when not needed. This method simplifies the process compared to traditional methods involving cutting small 'beads' on a table saw to be nailed onto a face frame.
