Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Simply plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI output port of your source device (e.g., Blu-ray player, game console, computer) and the other end into the HDMI input port of your display device (e.g., TV, monitor, projector). Ensure the cable is securely connected at both ends.
Compatibility: This cable adheres to the HDMI 2.0b specification, making it backward compatible with earlier HDMI versions (1.4, 1.3, etc.). However, to take full advantage of features like 4K@60Hz and HDR, both the source device and the display device must also support HDMI 2.0b or later. It is compatible with most devices featuring standard HDMI ports, including computers, laptops, gaming consoles, smart TVs, and AV receivers.
Care: To maintain optimal performance and longevity, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable. Keep connectors clean by gently wiping them with a dry, lint-free cloth if necessary. Store the cable in a cool, dry place when not in use. The durable cotton braid offers protection against abrasion, but avoid exposing the cable to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.
