Troubleshooting
Bag does not fold down compactly.
Ensure all items are removed from the bag and that the material is not creased excessively. Gently smooth out the fabric before folding.
Water is seeping through seams.
While the bag is waterproof, seams may not be fully sealed. For prolonged exposure to heavy rain, consider using a waterproof inner liner for highly sensitive items.
Zipper on organizer pocket is stuck.
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. If it's caught on fabric, carefully try to free the fabric. Lubricating the zipper with a graphite pencil tip can sometimes help.
Bag material feels stiff after cleaning.
Ensure you are using a soft, damp cloth and not harsh cleaning agents. Allow the bag to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
