The Olympia Lobster Pick is designed for seafood enthusiasts and professional caterers who need a reliable tool to extract meat from hard-to-reach areas of crustaceans. Its primary benefit is the dual-purpose functionality of a two-prong pick paired with a spoon-end, making it a highly efficient utensil for elegant seafood service. While it offers excellent durability and a sophisticated aesthetic, users should note that its slender design requires careful handling to prevent bending if excessive force is applied to particularly tough shells.

Gently realign the prongs using needle-nose pliers, taking care not to apply too much pressure which could snap the metal.
Use a specialized silver polish and a soft microfiber cloth to remove oxidation or water spots, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
There is no setup required for this tool; it is ready for immediate use upon arrival. To maintain the silver finish and prevent corrosion or discoloration, avoid abrasive scouring pads during cleaning. Hand-washing with a mild detergent and immediate drying with a soft cloth is recommended. This product is compatible with standard seafood service sets and performs best when paired with a dedicated lobster cracker to handle the initial shell breakage before using the pick for the finer extraction work.
