FAQs

Is this artificial grass safe for pets?

Yes, the artificial grass is made from polypropylene and polyethylene, which are safe for both pets and people.

How do I clean the artificial grass?

You can clean it by sweeping regularly, rinsing with a hose, and using a mild soap and water solution for tougher stains. Always rinse thoroughly afterward.

Do I need to water this grass?

No, artificial grass does not require watering. The integrated drainage system handles any liquid.

Can I install this on a concrete patio?

Yes, it is suitable for installation on concrete patios, as well as soil, decks, and other hard surfaces.

Will the grass get very hot in the sun?

Like most synthetic surfaces, artificial grass can become warm in direct sunlight. It is recommended to have adequate ventilation or occasional light misting if used during peak heat.

How long does this artificial grass typically last?

With proper care and installation, this premium artificial grass is designed for long-lasting durability and can maintain its appearance for many years.

Does it require professional installation?

While professional installation is an option, the product is designed for straightforward DIY setup on a prepared surface.

Troubleshooting

Grass appears flattened or matted.

Brush the artificial grass with a stiff-bristled brush in the opposite direction of the pile to lift the fibers.

Water is not draining effectively.

Ensure the ground underneath is adequately sloped for drainage and that the grass backing is not obstructed.

Debris is difficult to remove.

Use a leaf blower for light debris or a stiff brush for more embedded dirt. For stubborn spots, a gentle wash with mild soap and water may be needed.

Color fading noticed.

Ensure the grass is not exposed to excessive direct sunlight for prolonged periods without mitigation. While colorfast, extreme UV can eventually impact color.
