The Everlast Core Heavy Bag is a durable polycanvas heavy-bag designed for regular training, including punches, kicks, and combination work. It offers excellent shock absorption for safe training with good feedback. Features include reinforced stitching, heavy-duty nylon webbing straps, and a "loose rag fill" (reclaimed fiber/cotton/polyester mix) for a forgiving yet firm striking surface, reducing abrasion and damage to knuckles and wrists. The filling is securely enclosed, and some models feature a locking zipper. A typical 4-2-1 strap hanging configuration ensures stability and even weight distribution. Many bags include a bottom anchor loop to tether the base and reduce swing, which is useful for powerful strikes or kicks. Available in various heights and weights (e.g., 3ft/16kg, 4ft/22kg, 60 lb, 80 lb), the size affects movement, swing, and realism for body hits.
