The SIP 10 x 5 inch Planer Thicknesser is designed for efficient planing and trimming of workpieces to uniform thicknesses and width, comfortably removing large amounts of material in one pass, ensuring all boards, planks, and surfaces are consistent. For machine longevity, this planer thicknesser must be operated with an attached dust extractor. It features a 252mm planer width and a 2.5mm max. cutting depth. The adjustable fence tilts from 90° to 135° for versatility. It has machine-surfaced cast aluminium tables for accurate planing of larger timber and power-fed rollers for consistently high performance and a smooth finish. The unit includes a built-in dust extraction port and expander adaptor, along with reliable safety interlock switches and an integrated NVR switch for added safety. This Planer Thicknesser is perfect for both square and chamfered planing and comes with a SIP 2-Year Standard Silver Warranty. Technical data includes: 230v (13A) input supply, 1.5kW (2hp) motor power, 9000rpm cutter block speed, and a 105db(A) noise level. Dimensions: Height 450mm, Width 880mm, Depth 420mm.
