Each case is made from GRS-certified recycled plastic, equivalent to using two 0.5L plastic bottles that would otherwise end up in landfills or oceans. This process helps reduce plastic waste and supports a circular economy.

The case features a 100% 'ice'-clear material that is UV-treated to minimize yellowing. While it is designed for long-term clarity, extreme or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can eventually affect any clear material.

The Iceland Pro case has a custom, slim fit designed to be precise. It should be compatible with most standard screen protectors, but extremely thick or unusually shaped protectors might interfere with the fit.

Yes, the case is fully MagSafe compatible, which includes standard Qi wireless charging. However, non-MagSafe wireless chargers may not align perfectly or charge as efficiently as MagSafe certified chargers.

It means the case has been tested and proven to protect your iPhone from drops of up to 3 meters (approximately 10 feet) onto hard surfaces, significantly reducing the risk of damage from accidental falls.

No, the Iceland Pro is designed with a custom fit and slim profile to maintain your phone's sleekness and fit comfortably in pockets and bags without adding unnecessary bulk.

Ensure there are no obstructions on the phone or inside the case. Realign the phone with the case, starting from the buttons or ports, and apply firm, even pressure until all edges are seated correctly.

Remove the case and reattach it, ensuring it is perfectly aligned. Check that the MagSafe accessory is functioning correctly with another device. Clean the charging surface of the accessory and the back of the case.

Wipe the case with a soft, damp cloth using mild soap and water. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly. If discoloration is significant, it may be due to prolonged UV exposure; consider replacement if clarity cannot be restored.

Ensure the case is fully and correctly installed. Sometimes, slight adjustments to the case positioning can resolve this. If the issue persists, the button mechanism might be obstructed.
