Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Base Preparation: Ensure you have a level and solid base (concrete or paved) prepared before assembly. The base should be slightly larger than the shed's footprint.
- Assembly: Follow the provided DIY assembly manual. Components are pre-holed and clearly numbered to assist with the process.
- Anchoring: Use the included anchor fixings to secure the shed to your base. This is crucial for stability and safety.
- Doors: Install the double sliding doors, ensuring they slide smoothly and overlap to keep out the weather.
- Locking: Attach a padlock (customer-supplied) to the handles to secure the shed.
Compatibility
The shed is compatible with most standard concrete or paved bases. Ensure the base is level and can support the shed's weight.
Care
- Cleaning: Clean the shed regularly with mild soap and water to remove dirt and debris.
- Inspection: Inspect the shed periodically for any signs of rust or damage.
- Lubrication: Lubricate the sliding door tracks annually with a silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation.
