The SIP 10" Swivel Head Pull-Down Metal Bandsaw offers robust cutting performance for various metals in trade and professional settings. Its gearbox-driven system ensures powerful operation. The bandsaw features versatile cutting options with manual and semi-automatic feed control, suitable for both individual cuts and automated larger operations. Durability is enhanced by an adjustable ram dampener and an integrated coolant system, which also improves blade life. The pedestal-mounted design includes a swivel head pull-down handle with a control switch. Key features include cast iron construction for reduced vibration and increased accuracy, quick angle adjustments up to 60°, a cast iron vice with a quick-release handle for repetitive cutting, and a 24v control circuit for integrated safety. Cutting capacities include rectangular cuts at 90° (260 x 110mm), 60° (85 x 85mm), and 45° (150 x 125mm), as well as circular cuts at 90° (227mm), 60° (90mm), and 45° (150mm). The bandsaw is powered by a 1.1kW (1.5hp) motor and operates on a 230v (13A) supply, using a 27 x 0.9 x 2455mm blade with a maximum speed of 72 metres/min.
