The Makita BO6050J is a 150mm (6”) Random orbit sander, successor to the BO6040. It features two operating modes: random orbit for coarse sanding and Roto-orbit for fine sanding, buffing, and polishing. This 750-watt variable speed machine offers soft start, constant speed control, and a pad brake for enhanced performance and control. Its ergonomic design includes a comfortable grip and a slim skirt for efficient use in tight spaces like car door handles. A side handle is included for better operator control. The sander is suitable for hook and loop discs. Specifications: Voltage: 110v, Input Wattage: 750 watts, Disc Diameter: 150mm, Orbit Diameter: 5.5mm, Orbits per Minute: 1,600 - 6,800 opm, Strokes per Minute: 3,200 – 13,600 spm.
