Draper Wheel Kit - 93075

The kit can lift vehicles from a minimum height of 105mm up to a maximum height of 1000mm.

You need a compressed air supply capable of delivering 6-8 bar (90-115 psi) consistently.

It is designed for vehicles up to 3000kg. While it has platform extensions for larger vehicles, always confirm the weight limit is not exceeded.

The approximate lifting time to full height is 30 seconds.

A 230V~50Hz power supply rated for 16A is required.

This wheel kit is listed as having spare wheels for stock number 01807. For other parts, contact Draper Tools customer support or your authorized dealer.

Check air supply pressure (6-8 bar) and connection. Verify the 230V power connection and ensure the circuit is adequate for the 16A rating. Inspect for any visible obstructions.

Check air pressure and flow. Ensure hydraulic fluid levels are adequate and there are no leaks. Confirm the load is evenly distributed on the platforms.

Ensure the extensions are correctly aligned with the platform slots and fully engaged. Check for any damage or debris obstructing the connection.

Inspect all air line connections and seals. Tighten any loose fittings or replace damaged hoses/seals.
