Troubleshooting
Stubborn food stuck in the raised bird motif
Soak the piece in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes, then use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge the residue.
Dull appearance after many dishwasher cycles
Ensure you are using a rinse aid in your dishwasher to prevent mineral buildup from hard water on the blue glazed finish.

- Raised bird motif provides a unique, high-end artisanal look
- Microwave and dishwasher safe for maximum everyday convenience

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no complex setup required for this serveware; the pieces are ready to use immediately after a quick initial wash. For longevity, place the pieces in the dishwasher ensuring they do not clatter against other heavy ceramic items to prevent chipping. When hand washing, use a soft nylon brush to reach into the crevices of the raised bird motif if food becomes trapped. While these pieces are microwave safe, avoid extreme thermal shock, such as moving them directly from a freezer to a preheated microwave, as this can stress the ceramic material.
