This threader is suitable for most standard sewing machine and hand sewing needles. It is not designed for beading needles.
The recessed grip provides a more secure and comfortable hold on the threader, reducing the chance of it slipping from your fingers while you are using it.
The hinged cover is permanently attached to provide continuous protection and cannot be removed.
After threading the needle, use the small blade integrated into the side of the threader to cut the excess thread close to the needle.
Yes, the design is ambidextrous, allowing for comfortable use by both right-handed and left-handed individuals.
The threader is made of durable plastic.
Wipe it clean with a soft cloth. A slightly damp cloth can be used if necessary, but avoid soaking or using harsh cleaning agents.
Ensure the needle is correctly aligned with the threader's hook and that the thread is properly positioned. Check that the needle type is compatible (not a beading needle).
Verify that the threader's hook has successfully passed through the needle eye. Ensure the thread is held taut and is fed into the correct slot on the threader before pulling it through the eye.
The thread cutter is part of the plastic unit and is not designed to be sharpened. If it becomes ineffective, consider replacing the needle threader.
Setup: This needle threader requires no setup. Simply open the hinged cover to access the threading mechanism.
Compatibility: The Prym Love Bird Needle Threader is designed to work with most standard sewing machine and hand sewing needles. It is not suitable for beading needles due to their unique shape and size.
