This blade is ideal for cutting solid wood, wood composite materials, plywood, and panel materials commonly found on construction sites, such as beams, boards, wood plates, laths, and roof battens.

The Bosch EXPERT Cordless Wood Circular Saw Blade is specifically optimized for wood. While it might cut some softer plastics, it is not designed for metal or harder plastic materials and using it for such applications could damage the blade or the material.

The ProteQtion coating is a specialized layer applied to the blade that reduces friction as it cuts through material. It also acts as a barrier to prevent rust formation, helping to maintain the blade's performance and appearance over time.

An extra-thin kerf means the blade removes less material with each cut. This requires less power from your saw, leading to longer battery life on cordless tools and a smoother, faster cut with less effort.

It lasts up to 2x longer due to the combination of its higher quality MicroteQ carbide teeth, which are more wear-resistant, and the efficient cutting design that reduces stress on the teeth during use.

A 60-tooth count is generally suited for achieving fine, clean finish cuts in wood and wood-based panels. For rougher, faster cuts or demolition, a blade with fewer teeth (e.g., 24T or 40T) might be more appropriate.

While designed with cordless saws in mind to maximize battery runtime, it can be used on a corded circular saw if the arbor size matches (190mm diameter, 30mm bore, or 20mm with adapter).
