The light is operated by a pull cord switch located on the base plate.
Check that the E14 bulbs are tightened correctly and that the power supply is on. Verify the pull cord has been activated.

To install this Class 1 fitting, ensure the power is turned off at the main consumer unit. Use the provided fixing accessories to secure the chrome-effect plate to the wall, then wire the unit according to standard electrical safety procedures. This light requires 2 x 40W E14 candle bulbs. The fixture is rated IP20, meaning it is strictly for indoor use in dry rooms and must be kept away from water or high-humidity environments. To care for your light, gently wipe the chrome plate with a dry microfiber cloth and remove the glass shades periodically to clean them with a soft, damp cloth to ensure the best light transmission.
