To begin, download the RingConn app and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Pair the device by placing the ring in its charging case near your phone. Ensure you have selected the correct size during initial setup, as a loose fit can lead to inaccurate sensor readings. For care, wipe the ring with a soft, lint-free cloth after exposure to sweat or water. While the ring is durable, avoid wearing it while lifting heavy metal weights or engaging in activities that might scratch the exterior casing. The ring is compatible with most modern iOS and Android devices via the official companion app.
