This Sealey Premier Insulated Torque Wrench features a Chrome Vanadium steel reversible 60-tooth ratchet head and is fully insulated to protect from electric shocks up to 1500V DC and 1000V AC. It is ideal for technicians working on modern hybrid and electrical vehicles and includes a test and calibration certificate. The wrench has a micrometer type torque range adjustment with scales graduated in both lb.ft and Nm.
