No, this tin is not dishwasher safe. It should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and dried immediately to prevent damage.

Yes, the tin is made from food-safe tinplate, making it suitable for direct contact with baked goods.
The tin is produced using high-quality inks specifically chosen for their fade-resistant properties.
The Purely Home cake tins are designed and hand-pressed in the UK.
Ensure the rim of the tin and the inside of the lid are completely free of crumbs or sugar granules, which can impede the seal.
Rust is caused by moisture. Ensure the tin is dried thoroughly after cleaning and store it in a low-humidity environment.
There is no complex setup required for this product; simply remove the packaging and ensure the tin is clean before the first use. To maintain the integrity of the design and the metal construction, you must follow specific care instructions: wipe the tin clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use and ensure it is dried immediately. Never submerge the tin in water or put it through a dishwasher, as prolonged exposure to moisture can cause the tinplate to rust and the hand-pressed finish to deteriorate.
