The converter supports all ASI, ancillary, and embedded audio formats. It is an ideal SD/HD SDI distribution converter for applications where the Ultra HD model is not required. The automatic switching input supports SD, HD, and 3Gb/s signals, providing 8 re-clocked outputs. It is compatible with a wide range of video standards including NTSC, PAL, 1080i/59.94, 1080i/50, 1080psf/23.98, 1080psf/24, 720p/59.94, and 720p/50, with the ability to add new formats via USB. The converters include a single redundant input for mission-critical tasks such as broadcasting or live events, and instantly switch between standard and high definition video formats when the input signal changes.
