Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Preparation: Ensure your walls are clean, dry, and smooth. Fill any holes or cracks and sand down uneven surfaces.
- Priming: Prime the walls with a wallpaper primer. This will improve adhesion and make removal easier in the future.
- Cutting: Measure and cut the wallpaper strips, allowing extra length for pattern matching and trimming.
- Pasting: Apply the paste directly to the wall, following the manufacturer's instructions for the specific paste type.
- Application: Carefully align the first strip of wallpaper and apply it to the pasted wall. Use a smoothing tool to remove any air bubbles.
- Matching: Match the patterns of the subsequent strips, and trim excess paper from the top and bottom.
Compatibility
This wallpaper is compatible with most standard wall surfaces. It is recommended to use a wallpaper adhesive suitable for non-woven wallpaper.
Care
To clean, gently wipe the wallpaper with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive water, which could damage the embossed finish.
