The genuine suede upper is not waterproof. It's recommended to treat your boots with a water and stain repellent designed for suede before wear and avoid wearing them in heavy rain or wet conditions to prevent damage and staining.

To refresh the sheepskin lining, you can sprinkle a small amount of baking soda inside the boots. Let it sit overnight to absorb odors, then shake it out thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners directly on the sheepskin.

It's entirely up to your preference! The sheepskin lining is naturally temperature-regulating, meaning it can be worn comfortably with bare feet for maximum softness, or with socks if you prefer.

Sugarcane EVA is a lightweight and flexible material used in the outsole. It's an innovative blend where a portion of the EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) is derived from renewable sugarcane, contributing to a more sustainable product.

Generally, UGG® boots are considered true to size. However, the sheepskin lining will compress and the suede will stretch slightly with wear, molding to your foot for a custom fit. If you are between sizes, consider trying the smaller size.

While warm, the UGG® Classic Micro Boot's suede upper is not designed for heavy snow or slush. Exposure to salt and moisture from snow can damage the material. For snowy conditions, look for waterproof UGG® styles.

Gently brush the suede with a soft suede brush to restore its nap. For discolored spots, use a suede cleaner following the product's instructions and reapply a suede protector.

Genuine sheepskin and suede will naturally stretch and mold to the shape of your feet over time. Wear them for short periods at first to break them in comfortably.
