Check that the shopping basket is empty and the seat is in the upright position before attempting to fold.
Ensure the swivel lock mechanism is fully engaged or fully released. Check the wheel axle for trapped debris.
Ensure the adjustment straps are not tangled behind the seat fabric.
To keep your Discovery Prime in peak condition, ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged before placing your child in the seat. The tan leatherette handles and fabric seat covers should be wiped down with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.
Before heading out, ensure the adjustable safety straps are snug against your child’s frame. When folding, ensure the shopping basket is empty of heavy items to ensure the mechanism closes smoothly. For long-term maintenance, occasionally check the wheel axles to remove hair or debris to maintain a smooth rolling action.
