The Vogue 2Ltr Measuring Jug is an essential tool for professional chefs and home cooks who demand precision and durability in high-volume food preparation environments. This stainless steel jug excels at providing reliable, long-lasting measurement accuracy thanks to its internally etched markings, though users should note that the opaque metal body prevents visual confirmation of volume levels from the outside of the vessel.

The markings are etched into the interior, making them permanent and resistant to fading.
Yes, the stainless steel construction is heat-resistant and suitable for boiling water or hot stocks.
Yes, it is fully dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
No, because the jug is made of opaque stainless steel, you must look inside the jug to read the measurements.
While the handle is made of the same stainless steel as the body, it is designed to stay cooler during normal use; however, use caution if the jug has been sitting in boiling water.
The jug has a total capacity of 2 litres.
Ensure adequate lighting is directed into the jug; use a light-colored liquid if possible to increase contrast against the stainless steel finish.
Use a specialized stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and water to remove mineral deposits or stubborn residue.
This measuring jug requires no assembly and is ready for use immediately upon unboxing. It is compatible with all food-grade liquid ingredients, including hot oils and boiling water. To maintain the integrity of the stainless steel, avoid using abrasive steel wool pads that might scratch the surface, even though the etched markings are permanent. While the jug is dishwasher safe, rinsing it under hot, soapy water immediately after use is recommended to prevent stubborn residue from hardening, particularly when working with oils or thick sauces.
