Ophelia 4-Light Floor Lamp - Warm Brass

The Ophelia 4-Light Floor Lamp requires 4 x G9 lightbulbs. These are not included with the lamp and must be purchased separately.

The product dimensions are Height 150 cm and Width 30 cm (H150xW30 cm).

Dimmability depends on the type of G9 bulbs used. If you install dimmable G9 bulbs and have a compatible dimmer switch, the lamp may be dimmable. Please check the specifications of the bulbs you purchase.

Unplug the lamp and allow it to cool. Gently wipe the glass shades with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Please refer to the product packaging or the lamp's instruction manual for the maximum recommended wattage per bulb to avoid overheating or damage to the fixture.

Ensure the lamp is properly plugged into a working outlet. Check that the lightbulbs are screwed in correctly and are not burnt out. Verify the power switch on the lamp is in the 'on' position.

This could indicate a loose bulb connection or an issue with the lightbulbs themselves. Try tightening the bulbs or replacing them with new ones. Ensure the power supply is stable.

Make sure the base is on a level surface. Check that all pole sections are securely fastened together during assembly. If instability persists, contact customer support.
