The tray measures approximately 23.5cm x 23.5cm x 1cm.
While the tray is made of durable metal, hand washing is recommended to maintain the quality and lifespan of the product.
The tray performs best when properly greased with oil or fat; always ensure the tray is well-lubricated before adding batter.
This model features four individual cups for perfectly portioned Yorkshire puddings.
The tray is designed primarily for Yorkshire puddings, but its shallow cups can be used for small savoury tarts or mini-frittatas.
Ensure the oil or fat is sufficiently heated before adding the batter and consider using a silicone-based lubricant if sticking persists.
Check that the oven is fully preheated and avoid opening the oven door during the first 15-20 minutes of the baking cycle.
Ensure the tray is placed in the center of the oven rack and check for any hot spots within your specific oven's heating element.
To ensure the longevity of your SupaHome tray, avoid using metal utensils that may scratch the surface. Before first use, wash the tray with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. When baking, ensure the fat is distributed evenly across the base of each cup. After use, allow the tray to cool completely before washing. While durable, hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge is highly recommended to protect the integrity of the material and prevent premature degradation. Always store in a cool, dry cupboard to avoid moisture build-up.
