Troubleshooting

Zipper is stiff or difficult to close

Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. Gently work the zipper back and forth. If needed, apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil) or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth.

Backpack feels uncomfortable

Adjust the padded shoulder straps to a comfortable length. Ensure the weight is evenly distributed within the backpack.

Water repellency seems reduced

Check the fabric for dirt or residue, which can affect water repellency. Clean according to care instructions. For enhanced protection, consider a fabric-specific water-repellent spray (test on an inconspicuous area first).
