Troubleshooting
Bag tears during use
Ensure the bag is not overfilled or subjected to sharp objects. For heavier waste, consider using two bags nested together or opt for heavy-duty alternatives.
Difficulty unrolling bags
Gently separate the bags at the perforated seam. If stuck, check for any moisture or damage to the roll.
Bag does not fit bin rim properly
Adjust the bag's position, ensuring it is spread evenly. If it consistently does not fit, your bin may have non-standard dimensions, and a different size bag may be required.
