FAQs
Can I replace the LED bulbs inside?
No, the Circolo uses integrated LED rings which are designed to last for the lifetime of the fixture.
How do I dim the light?
You can cycle through the three brightness levels by flicking your existing standard wall light switch off and on again.
Is this suitable for a bathroom?
The fixture does not list an IP rating for moisture protection, so it is recommended for dry indoor living areas only.
What is the colour temperature?
The light provides a warm white glow at 3000K.
What are the exact dimensions?
The fixture is 17.5cm in height, with a width and length of 40cm.
Troubleshooting
Light does not dim when using the switch
Ensure your wall switch is compatible with the 3-stage dimming mechanism; if it is a smart switch or automated controller, try a standard mechanical toggle switch instead.
Light appears to flicker
Check all electrical connections at the ceiling rose to ensure they are secure and free of loose wiring.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional to ensure safety. The unit is designed for direct mounting to the ceiling surface. Ensure your mounting surface can support the weight of the metal structure. To maintain the fixture, periodically dust the metal rods with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using abrasive chemical cleaners as they may damage the black finish. The integrated LED technology means there are no bulbs to replace, making it virtually maintenance-free for the life of the product.
