How do I clean the hand-painted finish?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the paint or wood.
Are the colors and wood grain consistent across all units?

What are the dimensions of the sideboard?
The dimensions are 50 cm (Width) x 35 cm (Depth) x 60 cm (Height).
Is a wall anchor included for safety?
Yes, a wall attachment device is provided and must be used to prevent the product from tipping over.
What material is the sideboard made from?
The sideboard is constructed from solid acacia wood with a honey brown finish and engineered wood.
Troubleshooting
Sideboard is unstable after assembly.
Ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened securely. Check that the unit is on a level surface. If instability persists, re-check the assembly steps.
Drawers are difficult to open or close.
Verify that the sideboard is level. Check for any obstructions in the drawer slides or inside the drawer cavities. Ensure the drawers are not overloaded.
Paint finish appears chipped or damaged upon arrival.
Contact customer support with photos of the damage. As each piece is hand-painted, minor variations are normal, but significant damage should be addressed.
Product does not match the expected color or grain pattern.
