The Campagnolo Record 12x2 Speed crankset, crafted from unidirectional carbon fiber, ensures seamless integration with the groupset's aesthetics and utilizes the Ultra-Torque bracket system with a steel axle for efficient power transfer. It is compatible with all frame types, including those with disc brakes, by optimizing chain line for rear hub flanges of 130, 135, or 142 millimeters, while maintaining a constant Q factor of 145.5 millimeters. The outer chainring features an innovative contoured pin design for faster, quieter shifting, and the symmetrical inner chainring teeth enhance stability during chain crossovers. Available in various double wheel sizing standards (112 and 145 millimeters) for reduced weight and increased carbon fiber use, it boasts eight fixing screws for enhanced structural rigidity. The crankset is perfectly compatible with Chorus and Super Record groupsets. Key features include optimized upshifting pins for each chainring combination (34/50, 36/52, 39/53) and special internal drainage on the outer chainrings for improved downshifting performance. The Ultra-Torque system, with semi-axles permanently joined to the crankset arms, minimizes lateral dimensions at the axle, preventing ankle contact.
