Imodium Instants - 6 Tablets are designed for adults and children over 12 years old seeking rapid relief from diarrhea, with a key benefit of stopping symptoms in under one hour. Imodium Instants are designed to stop diarrhea in under 1 hour.
Yes, Imodium Instants are suitable for children over 12 years of age.
No, the tablets are designed to dissolve on your tongue without the need for water.
The active ingredient is Loperamide Hydrochloride.
Adults and children over 12 should not exceed six tablets in a 24-hour period.
Consult a doctor if your diarrhea persists for more than 48 hours, if you experience severe abdominal pain, fever, or bloody stools.
It is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before taking any medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Ensure the tablet is placed on the tongue and allowed to dissolve naturally. Avoid chewing or swallowing it whole before it has fully dissolved.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor. Persistent diarrhea requires medical evaluation to determine the underlying cause.
This can occur if too much is taken. Reduce the dosage to one tablet after each loose bowel movement and monitor. If constipation persists, stop use and consult a doctor.
Setup: Imodium Instants are ready to use directly from the packaging. Simply open the blister pack and place one tablet on your tongue. Allow it to dissolve completely before swallowing. No water is required.
Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years should take two tablets initially, followed by one tablet after each loose bowel movement. Do not exceed six tablets a day. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, consult a doctor.
Care: Store Imodium Instants in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the packaging sealed until use. Ensure the product is kept out of reach of children. This product is for symptomatic relief and does not treat the cause of diarrhea. Consult a healthcare professional if you have severe abdominal pain, fever, or bloody stools, or if you have specific medical conditions.
