Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Connect the USB Type-C end of the adapter to a compatible USB Type-C port on your source device (laptop, tablet, etc.). Then, connect the DisplayPort end of the adapter to the DisplayPort input on your monitor or display. Ensure your source device's USB Type-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) 1.4 or 1.2.
Compatibility: This adapter is compatible with any USB Type-C host that supports DP 1.4 or DP 1.2 Alt mode, including Thunderbolt 3 hosts. The maximum resolution is dictated by the capabilities of the source device. If the source supports DSC1.2 HBR3, 8K60Hz is achievable.
Care: Keep the adapter and its connectors clean and free from dust. Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the UltraFlex cable to ensure longevity. Store in a dry environment when not in use. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid using harsh chemicals.
