Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure walls are clean, dry, smooth, and free from dust or grease. Repair any imperfections before hanging.
- Apply a suitable wallpaper adhesive evenly to the wall or the back of the wallpaper, following the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
- Hang the first strip vertically, ensuring it is perfectly straight using a spirit level.
- Butt join strips together, carefully matching the pattern repeat. Avoid overlapping.
- Smooth the wallpaper onto the wall using a wallpaper brush or roller, working from the center outwards to remove air bubbles.
- Trim excess wallpaper at the ceiling and skirting with a sharp knife.
Compatibility:
This non-woven wallpaper is suitable for most interior walls, including plaster, drywall, and previously papered surfaces (provided the old paper is firmly adhered).
Care:
Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth to clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as this can damage the glossy and metallic finish.
