Troubleshooting
Radiator not heating up sufficiently
Check that the central heating system is on and operating correctly. For two-pipe systems, ensure water is flowing. For single-pipe systems, verify that diversion tees are correctly installed. Bleed the radiator to release any trapped air.
Leaking from connections
Ensure all connections are tightened securely. Check that the nickel-plated plug and vent are properly sealed. If leakage persists, contact a qualified plumber.
Radiator making noise
Gurgling sounds may indicate trapped air; bleed the radiator. Expansion and contraction noises are normal during heating and cooling cycles, but excessive noise could indicate poor seating on brackets; check plastic inserts and bracket fit.
Visible damage to enamel finish
Minor chips can sometimes be touched up with compatible paint, but significant damage may affect corrosion resistance. Contact Kartell customer service for advice or if the product is within its warranty period.
