The HOMCOM Extendable Oval Dining Table is an ideal choice for homeowners who need a versatile dining solution that transitions seamlessly between daily use and hosting guests. This modern farmhouse-style table offers the key benefit of an integrated extension leaf that expands the surface from 140 cm to 180 cm, though the particleboard and steel construction requires careful assembly to ensure long-term stability.

The table comfortably seats 4 people in its 140 cm configuration and up to 6 people when extended to 180 cm.
While the melamine coating is durable and scratch-resistant, it is recommended to use placemats or coasters for hot plates and mugs.
The extension leaf is designed to be tucked away underneath the main tabletop, so you do not need to find separate storage space.
While one person can manage the assembly, it is highly recommended to have two people to flip the table over safely once the legs are attached.
The melamine finish is water-resistant, making it easy to wipe away spills, though liquids should not be left to sit on the surface for extended periods.
Adjust the leveling feet if present, or add extra felt pads to the non-slip base to balance the weight.
Check the runner mechanism for debris or wood shavings from assembly and ensure the table is perfectly level.
Check all bolts connecting the legs to the tabletop frame and tighten them using a hex key.
To set up your table, ensure you have a clear area and a second person to assist with flipping the frame. Follow the included manual to attach the steel legs securely to the tabletop frame. For maintenance, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners; a soft, damp cloth is sufficient to maintain the melamine finish. Periodically check that all bolts remain tight to ensure structural integrity over time. Use coasters under hot mugs or heavy items to preserve the wood-effect finish.
