FAQs
Can I check this case on an airplane?
This case is designed for personal transport and is generally not recommended for checked airline luggage. It is best used as carry-on or for local car travel.
Does this case protect against heavy rain?
The exterior is water-repellent, meaning it handles light rain or accidental splashes well, but it is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged or left in heavy downpours.
What are the internal dimensions?
The internal dimensions are 77 x 50 x 10 cm, providing a snug, secure fit for the Denon Prime 4 series.
Is the shoulder strap adjustable?
Yes, the included shoulder strap is adjustable and attaches via durable metal hooks for secure transport.
Does it have a compartment for my laptop?
No, this case is specifically molded for the controller and does not have extra space for a laptop or bulky power adapters.
Troubleshooting
The case zipper feels stiff or sticks
Clear any debris or grit from the zipper tracks using a soft brush and apply a small amount of paraffin wax or silicone-based zipper lubricant.
The case interior seems slightly loose
Verify that you are using a supported Denon Prime 4 model. If the controller is the correct model, ensure no protective skins or third-party covers are installed on the device that may alter its dimensions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Magma CTRL Case and your equipment, follow these guidelines:
Compatibility
This case is precision-engineered for the Denon Prime 4, Prime 4+, and Prime 4 G2. Do not attempt to force other controllers into this case, as the specific molding will not align, potentially causing stress on knobs and faders.
Setup
Ensure the controller is turned off and cables are disconnected before placing it into the case. Leaving cables attached can cause them to press against the foam or the controller's rear ports, which may damage the connection jacks.
Care
Keep the case clean by wiping the polyester exterior with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. If the EVA shell is exposed to heavy rain, allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
