The Lockabox 3L Medi Green is designed for individuals, caregivers, or office managers who need a secure, organized way to store medications, electronics, or personal valuables. Its primary benefit is providing a robust, tamper-evident layer of security in a portable and stackable format, though it is important to note that it is intended as a deterrent rather than an impenetrable safe against forced entry.

No, you must manually rotate the combination dials after closing the lid to ensure the unit is locked.

Yes, the 3L model is specifically designed to be stackable to save space.
The box is designed for a 3-liter capacity, providing enough room for standard medication bottles, small electronics, or personal items.
If you have not set a personalized code, try the default factory setting (0-0-0). If you have set a code and forgotten it, the unit cannot be reset without access to the current code.
Ensure no debris is caught in the clam-shell hinge area. Wipe with a clean cloth to ensure smooth movement.
Check that the dials are fully aligned with the center mark. If the issue persists, ensure the locking hook is not obstructed by the contents stored inside.
The Lockabox arrives fully assembled, so setup involves simply setting your desired three-digit combination according to the included instructions. To maintain the integrity of the box, clean the polycarbonate surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these can scratch or degrade the finish over time. While the box is durable, avoid dropping it from significant heights, as the combination lock mechanism is a precision component. When stacking, ensure that the surfaces are level to prevent the units from sliding.
