Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and level.
- Unrolling: Unroll the matting and allow it to flatten, especially if it has been stored rolled up.
- Cutting: Measure and cut the matting to fit the required space using a sharp utility knife.
- Installation: Mats can be laid directly onto the subfloor. For larger areas, consider using adhesive for a more secure installation.
Compatibility
The mats are compatible with most common subfloor materials.
Care
- Cleaning: Regularly sweep or vacuum the matting to remove dirt and debris. Use a mild soap solution and a damp mop for deeper cleaning.
- Spills: Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents, as they can damage the rubber.
- Prevent Damage: Avoid dragging heavy objects across the surface to prevent scratches and tears.
