Mug is chipped or cracked
Inspect the mug carefully. If the damage occurred during shipping or shortly after purchase, contact the retailer for a replacement. For minor chips not affecting usability, it may still be used with caution. Discontinue use if cracks compromise structural integrity.
Print appears faded
This can occur with prolonged or frequent use of high-heat dishwasher cycles. Handwashing will help maintain the print quality for longer. If the fading is significant and recent, check warranty information with the retailer.
Stains inside the mug
For stubborn tea or coffee stains, use a paste of baking soda and water. Gently scrub the stained area with a soft cloth or sponge, then rinse thoroughly. Alternatively, a mild bleach solution (1 part bleach to 10 parts water) can be used for deep cleaning, followed by a very thorough rinse.
