Most standard golf bags will fit Motocaddy trolleys. However, for an optimal and secure fit, especially on electric models, Motocaddy's own golf bags (particularly those with the EASILOCK™ system) are recommended as they integrate seamlessly.

Battery life depends on the type of battery (lead-acid vs. lithium), trolley model, terrain, and number of holes played. Lithium batteries generally offer more rounds per charge than lead-acid. Refer to the specific product's specifications for estimated performance.

While Motocaddy trolleys are constructed with durable, weather-resistant materials, they are not typically classified as fully waterproof. It is advisable to protect the electrics, especially the battery and motor, from excessive water exposure. Always dry the trolley thoroughly after use in wet conditions.

Connect the supplied charger to a power outlet and then to the battery. The charger will indicate the charging status, usually with an LED light. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use and follow the charger's indicator lights for completion. Avoid overcharging.

Replacement parts and accessories can typically be purchased through authorized Motocaddy dealers or directly via the official Motocaddy website. Always ensure the part is compatible with your specific model.

Check that the battery is fully charged and correctly connected to the trolley. Ensure the power switch is in the 'on' position. Inspect battery terminals for dirt or corrosion.

Adjust the straps for a snug fit. If using a non-EASILOCK™ bag on a Motocaddy trolley, ensure the lower strap is used effectively. Check for any wear or damage to the straps.

Ensure the release button is fully depressed. Clean any dirt or grass from the wheel axle and the corresponding fitting on the trolley. Lubricate lightly if necessary, following manufacturer recommendations.
