The Jay-Be Fold-Out Footstool Bed is designed for homeowners living in smaller spaces who need a dual-purpose furniture piece that acts as a stylish living room ottoman and an emergency guest bed. The key benefit is the instant transformation mechanism that requires no heavy lifting, though potential users should note that the compact size is best suited for temporary guest use rather than long-term daily sleeping.

Ensure the footstool is on a completely flat surface and check for any debris caught in the hinges.
Ensure all legs of the bed frame are fully extended and locked into place before applying weight.
Lightly brush the velvet in the direction of the nap to restore the texture and appearance.
This product arrives largely pre-assembled. To keep the unit in peak condition, place it on a level floor surface to prevent uneven tension on the frame hinges. For care, vacuum the velvet upholstery gently using a soft brush attachment to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot with a clean, dry cloth immediately; avoid harsh chemicals that might strip the eco-friendly fire-resistant treatment. Ensure the area around the stool is clear of obstructions before unfolding the mattress to prevent damage to the frame or your flooring.
