Leaking from the spout or showerhead
Ensure all connections are tightened securely. Check for any damage to the internal seals or cartridges. If leaking persists, contact a professional plumber.
Difficulty switching between functions
The ceramic control valve may require lubrication or replacement if stiff. Ensure no debris is obstructing the valve mechanism. Consult the installation manual or a professional.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This shower set requires concealed installation for the mixer unit, meaning the main plumbing will be hidden within the wall. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper waterproofing and connection. The rail, showers, and spout are then attached to the wall and connected to the concealed mixer. The set is designed with a 150 mm connection spacing for the mixer, a standard measurement for many plumbing systems.
Compatibility: The 150 mm connection spacing ensures compatibility with standard UK and European plumbing setups. The set is designed for Shower-Bath applications, meaning it is suitable for bathrooms with both a shower and a bathtub.
Care: To maintain the Brush Gold finish and the longevity of the materials, clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. For the Anti-Calc nozzles, a gentle wipe with a soft cloth should suffice; for tougher scale, a mild vinegar solution can be used sparingly, followed by rinsing.
