Full details

This AirVent axial extractor fan is designed for kitchen and utility rooms. It features internal shutters and an over-run timer, making it suitable for panel, wall, or window mounting. The timer function operates in conjunction with the room light switch: the fan turns on when the light is switched on and continues to run for a pre-set time after the light is switched off. This model requires permanent live, switched live, and neutral wiring (3 wires excluding earth) for the timer to function. It is designed for connection to 150mm / 6-inch diameter ducting. The fan is IP34 rated, compliant with Part F regulations, and offers an airflow of 245m3/h with a sound level of 45dBA at 3m. Dimensions are HWD: 225 x 218 x 55mm. Wall kit code is 25504.
