Use the control panel on the refrigerator's door or the ThinQ app to adjust the fridge and freezer temperatures to your desired settings.

It is recommended to clean the interior of the refrigerator every 1-3 months, or as needed. Clean spills immediately to prevent odors and bacterial growth.

The water filter typically needs to be replaced every six months, or as indicated by the filter change indicator on the control panel.

This model does not have an ice maker.

The LG NatureFRESH fridge freezer has a warranty, the duration of which can be found in the product documentation or on LG's website. The Smart Inverter Compressor has a 10-year parts warranty.

The door alarm will sound if the refrigerator door is left open for too long. Close the door promptly to prevent food spoilage.

Once power is restored, the refrigerator will automatically resume its previous settings. Allow time for the unit to cool to the set temperature.

Check the power supply, ensure the unit is plugged in correctly, and that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Also, check the temperature settings and allow 24 hours for the fridge to cool down after initial setup.

Check that the water supply is connected and turned on. Also, make sure the water filter is properly installed. Refer to the manual for troubleshooting the water dispenser specifically.

Ensure the refrigerator is level. Some sounds are normal, such as the compressor running. If the noise is excessive or unusual, contact LG customer support.

Ensure that the refrigerator and your smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Check the refrigerator's Wi-Fi settings and ensure that the app is updated to the latest version. Try restarting both the refrigerator and your smartphone.

Check the temperature settings and adjust them accordingly. Ensure that food is not placed directly against the vents. If the problem persists, contact LG support.
