Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Before first use, wash all removable accessories (poaching cups, omelette moulds) with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Wipe the main unit's exterior with a damp cloth. Ensure the cooker is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
Compatibility: This appliance is designed for cooking eggs and associated ingredients. It operates on standard household electrical outlets. Ensure your power supply is compatible with the device's wattage (430W).
Care: Always unplug the cooker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. The poaching cups, omelette moulds, and lid are typically dishwasher safe (check specific product manual for confirmation). The heating plate should be wiped with a damp cloth after use; avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the surface. For stubborn residue, a paste of baking soda and water can be used, followed by a wipe-down.
