FAQs

What is the main benefit of the AIM alignment system?

The AIM alignment system features an extended, distinctive arrow design that provides a clearer visual aid, helping golfers line up their putts more accurately and consistently.

Who is the Titleist Velocity AIM Performance Golf Ball best suited for?

This ball is ideal for distance-driven golfers who prioritize explosive distance off the tee and want improved accuracy on the greens through enhanced alignment.

How does the Velocity AIM compare to other Velocity models?

The Velocity AIM offers the same performance benefits as the standard Velocity ball (explosive distance, high flight, durability) but adds a significantly longer and more visible alignment system for better putting accuracy.

Is this ball suitable for slow swing speeds?

The High-Speed Core Technology is engineered to maximize speed and deliver consistent performance across a wide range of swing speeds, making it suitable for many players.

How durable is the cover construction?

The fast NaZ+ cover formulation is designed to enhance durability, ensuring long-lasting playability and consistent performance round after round.

Can I use these balls in official competitions?

Yes, Titleist Velocity AIM Performance Golf Balls conform to the Rules of Golf and are suitable for use in official competitions.

Troubleshooting

Ball seems to lose distance over time.

Ensure balls are clean and free of significant scuff marks or cuts. Storing them properly away from extreme heat can also help maintain core integrity.

Alignment line is difficult to see.

Clean the ball thoroughly. If visibility remains an issue, consider using a permanent marker to enhance the line or re-evaluate your preferred alignment method.

Ball feels too hard.

This is characteristic of the Velocity line, designed for high-speed performance. If a softer feel is preferred, consider other models within the Titleist range or from other manufacturers.

  • Avoid leaving them in confined spaces like a hot car trunk for extended periods, which can affect performance.
