Featuring a durable ceramic cartridge, a flexible pull-out spray head, and a unique waterfall function, it simplifies daily kitchen tasks like cleaning produce or rinsing cookware. It is designed for standard kitchen sink configurations, provided there is enough space for the hose mechanism underneath.
The tap includes three distinct jet types, including a standard flow and a waterfall function.
No, the finish is robust, but it should be cleaned with non-abrasive tools to maintain its appearance.
Standard plumbing tools such as an adjustable wrench and plumber's tape are generally sufficient.
Check for debris around the swivel base; if it persists, the internal seals may require a light, food-safe silicone lubricant.
Check the aerator for mineral buildup and rinse or soak it in vinegar to clear the blockage.
Ensure the counterweight under the sink is properly positioned and that the hose is not tangled on plumbing pipes.
Verify that the mounting nut is tightened correctly and that the seals or O-rings are properly seated.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber to ensure all connections are properly sealed. Before installation, confirm that your sink has the correct diameter pre-drilled hole. The under-sink area must be kept free of obstructions like cleaning supplies or pipework to allow the pull-out hose to retract and extend freely without snagging. To maintain the grey finish, wipe the tap down daily with a soft, damp cloth and dry it immediately to prevent mineral buildup or spotting. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull the matte appearance over time.
