Troubleshooting
Mat is not lying flat
Unroll the mat and place it in a warm environment for a few hours, or place heavy objects on the corners to help it flatten.
Mat appears slippery
Ensure the floor surface is clean and dry. Avoid using in icy or extremely wet conditions. Check that the mat is not placed on a surface it is incompatible with.
Persistent dirt or stains
For stubborn stains, try a mild soap and water solution with a brush, followed by a thorough rinse. For deep cleaning, use the machine wash option.
Mat has lost some color vibrancy
While designed for durability, prolonged direct sunlight can fade colors over time. Consider rotating the mat or placing it in a location with less direct sun exposure.
